Marzipan

A good finished product starts with the careful selection of raw material.
Sleeubus marzipan is made with South European almonds which are peeled at the time of processing resulting in a delicious taste of almonds.

50/50, 40/60 and 33/67 marzipan is available in a number of standard fashions and is used according to preference for decoration, filling or moulding.
A coarse-grained or less coarse-grained structure, a mix according to preference, a different colour,… adaptations to preference are possible after consultation.
