Sleeubus fondant and choco-fondant are used successfully for various purposes.

For icing or filling in the bakery or confectionery industry the white fondant is made harder or softer in accordance with the chosen application.

For icing with a nice gloss, choco-fondant is made in a standard or lighter colour.
